    Stores FAQ's
    I will only be accepting 25 companies. The reason for this is so that I can
    devote enough time to each company and consultant.

    Certain materials will only be available through store set ups.

    Q: How long will it take for you to set up all items and the extra benefits for my company?
    A: It will take approx.4 weeks from your final approval to get everything set up. This process relies heavily on how quickly emails are returned and changes to items.
     
    Q: I am just starting and do not have a logo/image created yet for my items, can you suggest someone?
    A: Yes, send your info and I can suggest a few places.
     
    Q: Right now I have another business that makes my materials, how smooth is the process to transfer this to you?
    A: This process depends on whether the other business knows and is cooperative. Once I have all your company information I will recreate everything so that there isn't any copyright issues. You will also receive a special discount for switching over!!
     
    Q: Why is there a charge for catalog designs?
    A: This is a complex service and does take longer to create. This is why I give stores a discount on catalog design services. There is also a catalog change fee, anytime that updates need to be made you are charged $10.00. This is to cover the time it takes to make the changes and to send you a copy to check over.
     
    Q: I have designed my own materials, can I just send you the program and your print it? Will I be charged a design fee?
    A: I have most programs, so the best answer I can give you is to send me the file along with exactly what program you used to create it in. As long as I can use the file that you sent me than no you will not be charged a design fee.
     
    Q: I own my company and have reps and/or consultants that will be ordering materials, BUT they can change certain set ups like the prices, some descriptions, etc., do I need to sign up under stores?
    A: Yes, even if they can change everything about the materials you (being the owner) are required to pay the store creation fee. If your consultants/reps are allowed to change prices, designs there will be an additional charge to them. This depends on the amount of changes and I would advise them to contact me directly for more info.
