    Payment
    PayPal or Money Orders, sorry NO checks at this time.
     
    Design Fee
    Design fees only apply to brochures, catalogs and changes to some store items.
     
    Shipping
    Items are packaged with care, to protect your materials. Materials are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
    $0.01 to $10.00 = $6.05
    $10.01 and above = $10.25
     
    Additional $20.00 applies for rush items.(excluding catalog rush orders)
     
    All items are made to order unless specified in item description.
    Always allow 14 business days from the time of approval for your order to arrive. I try to have items mailed sooner if possible. During holiday seasons orders may take up to 3 weeks. If you are in need of an item at a sooner date contact me first for additional info, extra charges may apply. I consider rush orders when you HAVE TO have your materials sooner than 14 business days, excluding Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.
     
    Business Hours/Days
    Business days are considered Monday thru Friday. Shipping is also done on Saturdays but I can't also guarantee that your items will be delivered on a Saturday.Â
     
    Refunds
    Refunds are only given if there is a printing error. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment, I go by the tracking information. Refunds are voided if you sent your approval after 72hrs and items were printed as is.
     
    Confidentiality
    Your information is NOT sold, or shared with a third party. This includes all purchases you have made. All information is used by me to help serve you better. I take pictures of all items, all of your personal information is blacked out. I try to include your url with the pictures.
     
    FAQ's
     
    Q: I have my own image/logo/design, can you use that for my materials?
    A: YES!! All images must be at least 300dpi. This is so that when they are resized there is little or no distortion.
     
    Q: Do you do custom orders?
    A: Yes, you can submit a custom order form, be sure to include all info and you will be contacted by email.
     
    Q: I have a specific item in mind but don't see it on your site, can you help in making it?
    A: SURE!! I love working on new ideas, send me an email what you are looking for and we can take it from there.
     
    Q: Can I see a picture of my item before it is mailed?
    A: Yes, before printing your item I will send you a generated image for final approval. You have 72hrs to approve your item, if I do not receive approval within this time frame I will ship your order as is.
     
    Q: Do you ship out of the US?
    A: No, currently we only ship within the United States & Canada. We are looking to change this soon, so check back often.
     
    Q: Can I get samples of your products?
    A: Yes, on most products. Samples will have misc. info printed on them. Samples are limited to one per household and/or mailing address. You can order them here.
     
    Q: Your prices seem lower than many others, does that mean your work is not as good?
    A: No, not at all. Since I am a work at home mom, I am able to make my own prices. I only use the best materials and all items are printed using a laser printer.
     
    Q: Can you provide rush/express delivery?
    A: Yes, rush/express delivery is available for additional charges. I consider rush/express orders when they need to be delivered within 2 days of ordering. Please email us prior to ordering to discuss the projects and charges.
     
    Q: I am just starting my business and don't have the available funds to order materials to get going, do you offer payment plans?
    A: Yes, this is done on a case by case basis. Check the Layaway Plans page for more info and to contact me.
     
    Q: I'm in a hurry and need my materials in a week, can you make this happen?
    A: In most cases, yes, there is an additional charge of $20.00. This does not include rush orders on catalogs. You can contact me to give me the specifics.
