Business Hours/Days

Business days are considered Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Shipping is everyday and occasionally done on Saturdays but I can't can't guarantee that your items will be delivered on a Saturday. Excluding any holidays.

Refunds

Refunds are only given if there is a printing error.  Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment, I go by the tracking information.  Refunds are voided if you sent your approval after 72hrs and items were printed as is.

Confidentiality

Your information is NOT sold, or shared with a third party.  This includes all purchases you have made.  All information is used by me to help serve you better.  I take pictures of all items, all of your personal information is blacked out.  I try to include your website url with the pictures.

How long will it take before I receive my order? TOP
Orders are processed in the order they are received, most orders are mailed within 21 business days.  There are certain items that take longer.  If you are in need of your order sooner than 21 business days contact me for rush/express delivery options.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

Credit Card orders are processed through PayPal and you do not have to have an account.  If you would like to send a money order than contact me.  NO checks accepted at this time.

Can you provide Rush Orders? TOP
Yes, Rush Orders is available for additional charges.  Rush orders means that you need them delivered sooner than 21 business days from order date.  Shipping is an additional cost and not included in the Rush Order charges. Rush orders are normally $40.00, charges vary depending on particular materials ordered. Orders are processed in the order they are received and most orders mail within 21 business days. 

Do you charge a design fee? TOP

Design fees only apply to brochures, half page catalogs, full page catalogs, any changes to catalogs.

There is never a design fee for business cards, labels, note cards, etc.  If you're not sure you can contact me.

What are your shipping charges? TOP

Items are packaged with care, to protect your materials.  All materials are shipping Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. For more detailed shipping information see the Shippng Info page.

I have my own image/logo/design, can you use that for my materials? TOP
Yes!!  All images must be at least 300dpi.  This is so that when they are resized there is little or no distortion.  I cannot guarantee printing quality with images that are less than 300dpi.  Refunds will not be given.

Do you do custom orders? TOP
Yes, you can use the contact page to request more info.  Be sure to include all info regarding the project.

I have a specific item in mind but don't see it on your site, can you help in making it? TOP
SURE!!  I love working on new ideas, send me an email with what you are looking for and we can work together to get it in print.

Can I see a picture of my item before it is mailed? TOP
Yes, prior to printing your item(s) I will send you a generated image for final approval.  You have 72 hrs to approve your item.  If I do not receive approval within this time frame I will ship your order as is.  Refunds will not be accepted.

Do you ship out of the US? TOP
No, currently we only ship within the United States & Canada.  We are looking to change this soon, so check back often.

Can I get samples of your products? TOP
Yes, on most products.  Samples will have misc.  info printed on them.  Samples are limited to one per household and/or mailing address.

Your prices seem lower than many others, does that mean your work is not as good? TOP
No, not at all.  Since I am a work at home mom, I am able to make my own prices.  I only use the best materials and all items are printed using a laser printer.

Do you offer a Layaway Plan? TOP
